The colour of the wine it’s a golden yellow with an intense peach and tropical fruits aroma. Manual operations of picking, together with a careful selection at the moment of the vintage make the quality of the grapes grow. Tuscany’s hot summer make this particular variety the first one ready to be harvested, in fact we pick the Sauvignon Blanc in the end of August. Wonderful with all the kind of seafood and fresh cheeses, pleasant as appetizer.
